The activity of the Culture Pavilion is funded by the Care Council, consisting of 30–35 representatives from various sectors of society with diverse professional backgrounds and personal achievements. They agree to perform the functions of methodological, financial, and advisory support for the activities of the Culture Pavilion. During the meeting with the patrons, the co-founders presented a report and also introduced the Ukrainian artist Pavlo Makov.
