The Prologue meeting was devoted to the architecture of the Pavilion No. 13 and its transformation into the Pavilion of Culture, followed by the concert and presentation of the institution's development plan. The architectural plan for the Pavilion of Culture envisions it as a space where concerts will be held, exhibitions will be displayed, and lectures will be given — the space will transform into a multi-purpose building. The main hall will embody the concept of a theatrical box stage: a counterweight system similar to those seen in theaters will be installed in the ceiling. This system will allow for rapid changes to the interior space to accommodate various scenarios.
